  • Can I see your items in person?

    Yes, the full range is available from the studio shop (@159). See my shop irl page for opening times & accessibility as well as any events I might be doing.

  • Can you gift wrap my item?

    I love my customers to feel special and excited when opening one of my parcels. While my items are not specifically gift wrapped my aim is for all my parcels arrive securely & beautifully wrapped.

    At checkout I offer an option to add an additional message and a ‘open on’ date on the outside of the package.

  • Can I personalise an item?

    Absolutely, I can add names, dates or a symbol to most items for a small surcharge. Please note this will take a couple of days. Click here to find out more.

  • Can I commision something from you?

    Yes, I love taking an idea and making it come to life. I have a range of acrylics in stock and can source other materials if you have a specific idea in mind.

  • How do I clean my acrylic?

    Acrylic (brand name perspex) is a durable and sustainable material but can be vulnerable to scratching.

    Therefore to remove dust and fingerprints give your piece a quick rub with a soft cloth. Please avoid using alcohol or other chemical cleaners as this can cause crazing and/or weakening of the acrylic material.

  • Are your products sustainable?

    Absolutely, I strive to make my business as sustainable as possible and I am always looking at how to improve. I want my products to become your heirlooms not throwaway pieces.

Delivery FAQs

  • Every item is handcrafted to order. This helps me to reduce costs and waste but unfortunately means most things won’t be able to ship next day and will take around up to 5 working days to make before shipping.

    Select Click & Collect at checkout. I will then get in touch with you via email to arrange pick up.

  • In order to get your products to you in time for christmas the last possible date to order is the 12th of December. This allows me enough time to make your order and for you to receive your order even if there happens to be postal delays (🤞).

    Any orders placed after this will be dispatched after the 27th of December.

  • I can ship internationally but due to ever changing customs rules please get in touch with me to find out what’s possible.

  • In the event of this please contact me immediately, before the item is dispatched.

    I won't be able to refund your order if it gets lost.

  • Please allow 14 days since the item has been dispatched before getting in contact with me.

    If the item has been undelivered, due to the wrong/incomplete address then hopefully the item will be returned to me, and I can then offer to refund your order (minus postage) or ask you to pay postage again to send it out a second time with an updated address.

    Please note that if you do not order with tracking, Iszi Designs cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace the item free of charge. However, do get in contact if you believe your order is lost as we can contact royal mail on your behalf for more information.

  • If an order arrives damaged, please email me at iszidesigns@hotmail.com within 48 hours with a clear photo of the issue so I can appropriately address it for you.

    If you believe the product to be faulty or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days.

  • As items are all handcrafted to order, I do not accept returns for change of mind or items damaged through use.

    However, if you are unhappy with your item, please do get in touch.

    Exchanges can be discussed via email and postage will be at customers costs.
