Each item is handcrafted to order. This helps me to reduce costs and waste but unfortunately means most things won’t be able to ship next day and will take up to 5 days to make before shipping. This does however mean I can offer more options and ways to customise your items.

As items are all handcrafted to order, I do not accept returns for change of mind or items damaged through use.

However, if you are unhappy with your item, please do get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Exchanges for an item of similar value can be discussed via email and postage will be at customers costs.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Bespoke and Commissioned items are excluded from exchanges.

Please allow 14 days since the item has been dispatched before getting in contact with me.

If the item has been undelivered, due to the wrong/incomplete address then hopefully the item will be returned to me, and I can then offer to refund your order (minus postage) or ask you to pay postage again to send it out a second time with an updated address.

Please note that if you do not order with tracking, Iszi Designs cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace the item free of charge. However, do get in contact if you believe your order is lost as we can contact royal mail on your behalf for more information.

In the event of this please contact me immediately, before the item is dispatched.

I won't be able to refund your order if it gets lost.

If an order arrives damaged, please email me at iszidesigns@hotmail.com within 48 hours with a clear photo of the issue so I can appropriately address it for you.

If you believe the product to be faulty or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days.

In order to get your products to you in time for christmas the last possible date to order is the 9th of December. This allows me enough time to make your order and receive your order if there happens to be postal delays.

Any orders placed after this will be dispatched after the 27th of December.
