This is only a starting point.
Once you have bought a personalisation, I will be in contact via email with an initial design. After this I will provide up to one revision free of charge. It is up to you to make sure all spelling is correct and you are happy with the designs.

Personalise

There are two possible way to personalise your item. - Engraving or Inset

Engraving - this will create a shallow cut into the material. Any font can be used and the laser cutter will create an outline of your text.

This creates a very subtle effect that may not be noticed on first glance.

Inset - this will replace part of the acrylic layer with another colour of acrylic. Due to the laser cutter having to cut the acrylic there will be limitations of how small writing and motifs can be.

This creates a bold effect that will draw the eye.

Limitations

  • Size

    For inset designs the minimum width a design needs to have is 2mm. Maximum size is 50mm.
    This will rule out some fonts - especially thin floaty calligraphy scripts.

    This does not apply to engraved designs

  • Modifying Colours

    If you are looking to swap more than one colour in a design, please note that they must be chosen from a similar/ same collection. This is to make sure the design holds up its integrity.

  • Motif Design

    As these will likely be small additions please note that only one colour can be used and small details will often be lost. The simpler the image the better it will look.

    Think silhoutte rather than image.

  • Time

    Due to design time and communication between us to confirm a design, please note that it will take longer than 2-4 working days processing time.

    Please allow for at least 2 weeks before requiring an item.
